Request Authorization
Contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our facility.
Pack Securely
Place the unused item in its original Hoyt packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and tags are included to qualify for a full refund.
Label and Ship
Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package using a traceable carrier to our headquarters in Salt Lake City.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
